Ok. God is good. I am tracing down everything to figure this out. I use a Prestone radiator flush. I mean gunk city. Yuuuuch Ok SocI have a little spark knock that I read could affect temps. I pull out the timing gun and reset the timing. The car is luumpy as hell. WTF? So I go to recheck the the timing and guess what? Distributer cap screw has backed out? OK, was this the cause of my spark knock? Either way the car feels stronger now. And even though ambient temp is about 50, the guage is below 210. It tried to creep up there before, but that was before I saw the distributer. Do you guys think it was all related? It still is too early to tell but I am glad my pockets led me to flushing the rad myself or I would never had notcied the other things
