Thread: pressure plate bolt ?

i cant find the bolts to my clutch. does anyone know the thread pitch and size? do they have to be grade a? im talking about the bolts that hold the pressure plate to the flywheel.

they're really really small dude. If i remember correctly a 10mm socket fit on them.

Gspec's got 'em from Nissan. Hit up GregV. He will get you what you need.

I got flywheel bolts if you need them.

They fit a 12mm socket

I'm tryn to get them asap from the hardware store. Just want to know the thresd pitch and size..

I think they are 10x1.25 I think dont quote me on that.

just get them from nissan they cant be expensive dont know if i would trust hardware store bolts esp for something as important as flywheel bolts

if you get the correct grade it wont be a problem.

maybe not but i dont know if i would trust it they are probably 1.50 a piece maybe 2.00 a piece

If you get them from a hardware store, get socket-allen head cap screws. they are better than Grade 8. If you can't find them, get at least Grade 5, although I think metric screws have a different grading system. Look for two or three marks on the hex heads if you must use those.
