sr20 help!!

im planing on rebuilding an sr20de from a g20 the motors been sitting for about 1 year, what tools would i need in order to re build it?or would i be spending more money then just buying a good running sr20de.

Sorry let me re phrase that. i just wanna rebuild the block with a SR20VE head.
