My motor runs cool. I couldnt have been more scared! I expected to see smoke and flames coming out of my Engine bay any second! My Fire Exstiguisher was in my lap and I was ready to put out anything that popped up. BTW the $4.99 Harbor Freight Gauge is working perfectly! I love harbor freight sometimes!

Brand has nothing to do with it. I've had quite a few die when connected directly to the fuel rail. The vibration kills them quick.

i agree i never use the rail to put the gauge on just put it inline and you will be fine build a t adapter from home depot or lowes and put the gauge inline and you will be set i also like to thread tape it too so no lleaks

Bulldog- damn man. Thats what you hit me up about yesterday huh. Sorry man I was out in Durham running around.

Also to you guys talking about putting it inline instead of on the rail. To me thats not something I would do. To many more places to leak fuel. The rail is fine. THe liquid filled gauge lasted me about a year which isnt really that quickly. Well see how long the harbor freight special last!

You are brave for driving it back home knowing it was leaking all over the place! Autometer makes a nice 1.5" gauge, or you can go bigger, and hood mount it

put the gauge in line between the fuel filter and the rail. I used a gauge adapter to put the gauge in line. You can get them from summit, jegs, and a few other places.
