When I unplug the iacv solenoid the idle drops, but I drove it like that and it's still bucking and not going lean when I let out of it.

If your wideband confirms that it doesn't go lean, it sounds like a tune/ecu specific issue, or the TPS isn't registering properly.

the bucking can also be caused by a overly rich condition just as well as a lean condition too, do you have a wideband in the car to confirm the air fuels

It's not a tune/ecu issue, it happened after I sprayed the car the other day, same time my coolant temp sensor went out. I've checked the tps and it's good.

Yes, it's going to 12's when it should be dead lean.

Some hoses and connections seem fine on first start, but then after being under the hood while running they start to leak some. Mine does the same thing and I know it's because I have tiny vacuum leaks in some locations that are only affected when warm.

When I pinch either of the hoses that go to the motor from the intake the idle drops to around where it should be.

Yeah fixed the coolant sensor issue.

If it drops to where it should be, then it's definitely a vacuum leak. Blocking the hose with no other source of air should cause the car to die, or at least idle horribly.
