OK, my Rust thread
Here is my discovery today searching for a knocking noise. The more I chipped off the more came off. The surrounding metal is sturdy, just these pieces sucked.

And the temporary fiberglass hair fix till my body man can squeeze me in.

I also found out that under the carpet in the rear has holes too...UUUGH! I have body guys so I will post before and after..

Once you start digging into it i'm sure you will find more, i'm sure you don't want to be hearing that but that seems to be the way with these cars.

Ian,

Time to take off all your parts and start sourcing out another shell.

If thats all there is for rust then his shell is excellent. All he needs is some panels off a parts car for the exterior rust (outside wheel wells, visible areas) and a sheet of 18-20gauge steel for inside the wheel wells.

@Se-rican and wildmane. Thats easy for you to say find a shell. I am doing like Insane Imports. I have already closed those holes up. Trust me it will get fixed. And when it is finished, like others, I will trailblaze and post pics for others to follow.
