The stories of ACT is with the old design , they have been redesigned since then .

I am on my 2nd ACT set up , first one i got was the street disc ,HDPP and worked great ,

now im on a six puck and HDPP , I had a Xtreme but it was over kill.

I also had Competition clutch , sucked .

OEM nissan worked well till i started making big power then it was gone.

Surprisingly the stage 1 holds more torque than the stage 2.

LSD?

Some other helpful information would be your location. Do you get snow?

The reason I ask is that you're going to have a tough time trying to slip a Stage 2+ clutch in the snow.

"race" clutch + snow = spinning tires, fa sho.

living off experience. i highly agree with rod about competition. but again thats my personal experience. when i first got my sentra (and i didnt know too much), i installed a competition clutch. i wanted to set the car on fire.

competition clutches = fail. If you are not making too much power just buy an ACT heavy duty PP and then run the OEM nissan disc(no worries of springs popping out), Alothough my sprung 6 puck has held up perfect for 3 yrs. The HD PP and OEM disc will probably be perfect for you on the street.

Id say to look to the future, its not worth buying something now that will need replacement in the future when you hit boost...
Id go with an ACT HD PP and a stock disc, I currently have in my daily the ACT Xtreme PP with stock disc and its pretty user friendly, but the pedal is kinda hard since its non hidraulic in a B13, but since your not looking to make huge power the HD PP will work just fine...
