guarantee theres a washer missing, because it doesn't have to be that tight.

^^ Nope both washers are there. I re-used the old ones. I bet I just have to get new washers so they can "crush" down and seal the area better.

^^ Funny thing is they don't really look like crush washers... They just seem like regular old (brass?) washers.
Guess I'll order some from Nissan tomorrow.

yea they are not crush washers. just soft metal. trust me you dont need to order them from nissan. just go to home depot or the auto parts store and find some washers that fit that are made of soft metal. or find some with the correct outer diameter and drill out the center to the correct size. i have done it before.

When you take it apart to put in new washers, loop it through the brace like above. Also, be sure to put a wrench on the square part of the flexible line to torque against, so that you don't break the hard line. Ask me how I know

You don't HAVE to loop the ps line through the strut bar, I just took one of the 2 bolts that holds the bracket out, and pushed it back, never had a leak, and I've had this strut bar for a few years now.

Thank you guys for convincing me not to buy a Cusco. Too much modification just to make a cool bar work.

+1. Took me all of 5 minutes to mount the bar including moving the cruise control.

That's what I did. It's already looped through. My problem is now is it's leaking from where the bolt is.
