(From what I remember) Back when they first came out C1's were the mildest and supposedly good for a hardcore turbo setup. IIRC C2's, and C3's both had too long of an opening and would do more harm than good with a boosted setup. I know all 3 did require springs and retainers.

Good read. I wonder how much more the C1's make on a turbo car compared to the S4's. I mean sure ill lose some more low end. But the car is boosted. You cant really lose that much low end with my mid sized turbo. It also said the C1's idle BETTER then the S4s!
A good friend of mine ran them in his nitrous car. The car on the spray was an animal and NA it ran great. Never heard of anyone running them while on boost.
