I'm pretty sure cams from a 240sx sr20det BC stg 2 cams will work in my sr20det b13. Can anyone confirm?

Sure. Best to tune it for best performance though. You'll lose a tad bit low end, but make significantly more power above 4krpm.

just make sure it's a S13 cams and not the S14 cams. the S14 has VTC and the intake timing is different.

Better be careful. RWD stock cams do NOT have the notch needed to drive the distributor in a FWD SR. I don't know about the aftermarket cams, maybe BC just makes one version that'll work with both, and has the notch - but you better ask before you order, it could save you some hassle.
