Horn Fuse
For some reason on my 97 200sx i keep blowing out the Horn Fuse next to the battery.. any help on why this is?

Unplug the horns, replace the fuse, try the horn, if it blows, you've got a short in the wiring somewhere. If it doesn't blow, then there's a short / problem with one of the horns.

Sounds like you have a bad clockspring. Its what connects power to your CC buttons, horn, and also airbag. By any chance, is your SRS light illuminated?

Nope i have not lights lite up on my dash. Actually when i installed my batter, at night, i put the negative to positive and vise versa.. then is stopped working and i blew a 75amp fuse on the the fuse block next to the battery.

You could have all sorts of problems because of the revers polarity. Check all of your fuses again. It could be the relay too, unplug that and see if the fuse blows.

You could have a problem with your cruise control set up. When I noticed both of mine weren't working I did some inspecting. The horn loop is grounded through the cruise control wiring. Out of the back of your steering wheel will be a flat yellow group of wires/connector, that is where it starts. Good luck getting it figured out!
