Junkyard? Or try loosening the bolts and adjusting the height up or down a little that worked on mine

If the leak is between the glass itself and the surround that is integral to the glass, then you can use a clear high-temp silicone to seal the leaks. That is what I would check, that is what my sunroof did.

Otherwise, it could be your drain holes, as previously mentioned.

I believe that the drain holes are located in the front corners of the opening for the sun roof.

IIRC they are on each corner of the sunroof assembly. the back two are near the corners of the rear window

okay.. thanks guys.
but there is literally a gap at the corner where the glass with the molding is supposed to meet the edge of the sunroof. its like a 3mm gap on both sides... idk why. but the rest of the sunroof sits fine.
al i did was have my car sit for about 2 months while i worked on the suspension and brakes and a few other things.
can i buy a new seal for it...??
