Thread: Anyone have a brass Modine radiator?

My radiator is leaking on the top by the upper radiator hose. The hose clamp is tight and when I squeeze the hose I do not see water being squeezed out, but I see water in the top lip of the radiator. I retightened and repositioned the hose and clamp, but water traces keep coming back. What could it be. Thanks in advance.

I dont understand what your asking but your radiator is either leaking or you have a bad hose obviously. Time for a Koyo!

How do you pressure test it?

The ways i have tested them is to pinch of the overflow line and then my friend has a coolant system pressure tester i think he got it from cornwell or snap-on , i am sure you could probably get one or rent one at a local parts store .
