I was hearing you can use a USDM RR motor with a USDM highport head and run to 8000 rpm all day...

I am picking up another B13 and an extra RR SR20 & B15 transmission this weekend.. I guess I'm gonna find out!!

Usually above 8k will throw rollers from my experience. Never had a problem below 8k

i might then just give it a 7900 RPM rev limiter..

why revving that high with stock motor?

If that's directed at me, the motor had BC stage 2/3 cam combo and a sc61

well a friend of mine has a RR motor AND a B15 LSD transmission he's trying to get rid of.. they came out of a B15 and had only 60k miles...
