I have an Exedy Stage 2. When it was installed we also replaced the throw out bearing and the cable to transmission 'arm/lever' (which had broken before and was welded) This is the 5th or 6th cable, and we have changed everything we can think off.

OEM nissan cable? or a parts store cable? i went threw 4 advance auto cables on a stock clutch. the nissan 1.6L cable + cable life lube tool was the key to my success.

How are your motor mounts? I went through 3 or 4 of them with my jgy street clutch. When I put a prothane rear mount in and a solid front mount in the front, I realized my front mount was wooped big time. After I put the mounts in, I have not had a problem since. (Now that I said this I'll be changing it tomorrow when its 25 degrees lol) I came to the conclusion that whenever the car would buck, the motor would pull forward, thus stretching the cable and eventually snapping it.

Well we just got done replacing the cable. Clutch is stuck engaged so I'm thinking he has a clutch problem as well. If you start the car in gear it tries to roll out. It's like spings in the disk are broken Not sure why that would snap the clutch cable though or if he has 2 problems.

something is wrong with how his clutch arm is because if its snapping cables like that and staying engaged its not properly setup. Might be that TOB is on incorrectly.

We're going to look at the car on Saturday. I now have a gauge install, a water pump install, a boost leak troubleshooting session, and a tranny troubleshooting session
