i unpluged the MAF and it idles. i swaped the MAF with a known good MAF and it wont idle again....

with either MAF it will drive and go above 3k with no problem

Yup, I don't think its a MAF problem... if I hold the pedal at 1500rpms it will stay on but is sounds like ****, like its breaking up(mind you its na)

when you say "if I hold the pedal at 1500rpms it will stay on but is sounds like shiit"

what does shiit mean?

like it stumbles? the rpms break up? stutters?

can we list what affects idle?

IACV valve, MAF, too much air, too much fuel, ?
vacuum leaks? unmetered air? fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose split will cause too much fuel.

any codes?

Not sure the engine light is normally on because of my flywheel, and as $hitty as its running I don't want to drive it anywhere to hook up a scanner and possibly screw anything up

white plugs means your running lean iirc, black soot means rich.

try checking fuel pressure

Ill check that when I get home, I'm actually planning on replacing the fuel filter as well. And get some fresh plugs in there
