They do make a huge difference.
As far as the money order I would like to wait and get a final price because 40 bucks is a vague guesstimate. It could be more or less.Ill get prices tomorrow since Im going to assume the last person in is going to get a DE set and since they come in bags of 100 Ill have a bunch left over anyways

For the VE's I thinking of just doing normal bolts with spacers around the bolts on the four corners to center the valve cover.
