This sounds like a pretty cool idea. I may be interested. Waiting for final prices/parts list. Also, imo this should be copied in the GB section.

Here is the list of 10 people for the group. Ive honestly been swamped with work so I forgot all about this. I made up a list of prices and just had to do a little math to get individual prices but I lost it.

To the VE guys I hate to say it but I dont think I want to touch the VC bolts since I cannot find a suitable replacement. Obviously the lack of those bolts in the kit will reflect on you as a slightly lower price on the whole kit.

Im going back tomorrow to get the new prices.....again.

The kits will consist of

VC acorn nuts for DE
injector and FPR bolts x10
water outlet bolts x6
alternator bracket bolts x 3
intake manifold bolts and nuts
TB bolts x4
exhaust manifold bolts x8
dist. bolts x2
fender bolts x6
strut bolts x6
fuel rail bolts x4

thanks for being patient.

Also Ric, dont worry, Ill hook you up. Ill take a trip up to visit and bring a bunch of bolts with me

Well the lowport in my 96 SE-R used acorn nuts and so did the USDM replacement motor I bought for it after the first one got rod knock.

Weird, every lowport I have seen has had bolts. I wonder if yours actually came from the factory like that

My 99 has bolts, my 92 has nuts, and the BB DET in my garage has nuts.

heres my lowport DE from YEARS ago. Notice that this was the day I got the car and the motor has nuts and not bolts.
