But, thats what black death is, if you don't change the oil and such...its bassicly just crap oil not changed enough and overheated.

Yup, but that would be driver error , not engine failure because of design.

Leave that to Chrysler with their crappy 2.7L V6 paper weight.

You did not read the article fully did you?
Failure of design is the cause of black death in a lot of cases. May not necessarily be the case in the SR20, but in Automatic G20's it sure is. Overrevving? I think UNDERREVVING is a cause for concern as well. Thats called Lugging the motor.
