In a dillemma, need help
Alright, well I got a 92 SER with an SR20DET, I did the motor swap this past summer but pretty much lost ambition for it when it started getting cold out. I just got a good lump sum of money from the Army that they have owed me for a little while. I want to hear what your opinions are, should I use that money to get a new car for the winter or should I use it to try to finish the SER and start DD'ing that every day again?

The Army started taking money out of my account for a "debt" that I never owed, they finally gave it back to me today which was $1900 total. Let me know what you guys think

Finish the car, what would you buy with 1900 dollars?

well let's see....you can spend 1900 on another car that's going to need working on, or you can finish this car and have cash left to buy new tools, garage heater, fun toys, etc. Your choice i guess.

If your SE-R has no rust on it then get another car. If it has rust then just say Fu_k it and drive it.

It has rust, but it's not too too bad. The rocker panels and fender wells will pass inspection, but probably wont next winter. I've been talking to some guys at work and they convinced me to spend the money on the SER. I come on here and look at what you guys said, and it just solidified my decision. The only downside to it is that I don't have a garage, so it's going to suck working on it this winter.
