It does need to be said. I think this forum is a great idea, both as a place to get away from the chaos and as a back-up to all the valuable information found there, but there's no need to destroy the sr20forum. This transition sucks, but we shouldn't assume it's never going to get better again.

It seems some people are here to stay and others want no part of this forum. I have good folks I'm proud to call friends in both places and I don't want to choose between them.

I got a PM about it today, but I still have a sale sort of pending... I just want that thing out of my life, I have too many cars.

Unless ownership changes...it wont get better. Marketing company does not belong doing enthusiast forums. Hell go read their CEO's blog. hes all SEO this SEO that, monitization engines..... Im sorry...leave that somewhere else. I dont need to be used as a cash cow.

ekool won't be around much except to do "forum owner stuff" (and hopefully not much of that). I'm sure he is more interested in partying with shocker-throwing skeezy bitches than he is spending time on sr20forum.

but...the marketing cash cow mentality will stick around. ive been here and done this many times before as ive said. ive been bought and sold as forum sysadmin's many times. ive seen many different things. this isnt looking any different
