Very good points guys, thank you. I'm goin 2 sit him down and have a talk with him about the car. I don't need the money 2 fund the VE I just want something more comfortable or just different to daily drive

If he wants to redo the suspension and put wheels on that's up to him as long as it's in good taste. The bike rack is a Honda-boy JDM thing. Desuade him from the rack and help him pick a nice set of Volks or something for the wheels. Like I said earlier, show him the path of SR20-righteousness.
