You mean how the ECU detects misfires?

I wouldn't worry about the sensor. You'd be able to detect a misfire if you had one. They're pretty easy to detect. The knock sensor is the other (almost useless) sensor that can help detect misfires.

I guess it doesn't matter as I have a CEL on anyways haha My exhaust is loud so it's kinda hard to hear anything. Hopefully getting a muffler soon. Anyways I got my B13 tranny today for $200 Will install as soon as I get a axle, new tob, clutch cable, and axle seals.
