P10 Transmission into B14?
Have a quick question. I found a 96 P10 LSD transmission I want to put in my B14 se-l. Will it fit? I know I need a LSD driver axle but that's all that should be different right?

Just making sure before I buy it.

95-96 is obd2 assuming also has the style gears that are in the b14? since it's got the crank sensor.

Doesn't matter they dropped the transmission this morning and cracked the case so the search begins again! About to just take you up on that offer morgan...

Don't feel like making another thread, but does anyone know how hard it is to put a crank sensor on a b13 tranny?

You have to drill. Shouldn't be too too hard.

Does it need to be in an exact spot or not? Or just the general location of the other one.

to be completely honest, you don't need that sensor. Like daveracer said, if you really want it in there, you need to drill the bellhousing in the same spot as the b14 tranny is so the sensor will read the flywheel teeth properly, but the crank position sensor isn't used to run the car at all. It's just like the intake air temp sensor, it's there for diagnostic purposes only.
