I bet you don't even understand what a non-profit entity is.

Maybe you should look up the legal definition.

Also, how do you get a "general overview" from "a few people". That's not really general then. Rather it is a specific overview from a small group.

Stop arguing on the punctation and lets get answers to the question. There you go, a person who does not want too answer the simple questions for simple mathamatics to the situation. Completly walking away from the truth in meaningless stuff.

Dont change the subject and run from the truth.

Here is your defination smarty pants

A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes. NPOs are active in a wide range of areas, including the environment, humanitarian aid, animal protection, education, the arts, social issues, charities, early childhood education, health care, politics, religion, research, sports or other endeavors.

After reading this thread , i can say with all honesty that I have PERSONALY done research as to how and what the cost are to rent the track and have full insurance for it , .

we can do it in FLORIDA, sure there will be costs, i mean come on how many things do you do with cars thats are free..... gas , parts, fees etc.

It will take me no more than 4 months planning to get Moroso ready .

Since we are not have ing a SE-R convention here we will host our own. and continue to do so every year.

I remember the huge NISSAN meet we had a few years back and there were well over 200 cars se-r's skylines , 240's , maximas , etc.

The SR20 game has allways been strong in Florida and allways will be.

1 & 2 are mute points since Serca doesn't take memberships anymore. I think at the time it was $30 and $100

3. If you mean the track then that has normally been around $175

4. I think it was Serban who came up last year and didn't pay a dime. Typically though you would buy a T-shirt ($15), some raffle tickets (up to you but say $20) and a picnic ticket ($15). Those are optional though and don't have to be bought

Thank you for your answer but I will wait for a few more to get the numbers in a given ball park.

The track day cost has always been less for SERCA members. The difference in the cost between SERCA and non-SERCA members was/is the former price of a SERCA membership. I think I was told it was about $15-30 difference, not sure on the exact price.

The cost to attend the convention is the same for all, i.e. - picnic and t-shirt and raffle tickets. At least that is what I was told.
