^From what I have read, FL has never been nominated for a convention and they have the most SR20powered cars and they keep getting skipped every year which is a smack in the face towards them............I think that sums it up with one of these faces <----------



Post this **** UP! The more the better I say,.............I have always agreed in having adult conversations and being able to finish them and come out friends at the end..........It may be vs for a minute, but it should all pan out at the end with real friendship.

Who is the commitee? The group of people listed earlier in this thread? What is SERCA? The way I see it SERCA is no more. They are not taking members and the people who are members get nothing from them. It is done, dead, so ten years ago. Why is it still called the National SERCA convention. That to me is complete bull****. I say its called the National SE-R Convention.


The comitee is the SR20 people. We have two forums loaded with great people. Why are people so stuck or lets say loyal to SERCA when they offer nothing to the people who support them? I am having such a hard time understanding that.


Also in FL we have set up many one day meets. One of them turning into what I still strongly believe to be the largest Nissan gathering on the east coast. Yes it was only a one day event but, it was only planned for a one day event. FL simply has all the resources and people to host a National Convention. Moments like this make me miss being in FL so much. FL could eaily host one of the baddest conventions to date. If the convention wants to go to FL for 2010 I am game in helping out as much as I can even though I am in OH. I will make sure I am there along with my SE-R. I am in OH but, I am very much FL at heart along with my style and car building techniques.


I say the SR20 community as a whole start what we can really call the National SE-R Convention. I am in noway disrespecting and current SERCA members. I am just not a fan of what SERCA stands for. Hell if there is stil a SERCA?

I dont care who comes, this is America. The point is I and many FL forum members will never go to a National convention becasue of this but anyone can come to a FL meet convention what ever you want to call it.

I am tired of the Bias of other forum members where ever they might be from. My phone number is open to all, I pick up my phone if I am not busy. I dont care where you are from, what color you are, I help all forum members. I have had many dissagreements with foum members and I stll help them. **** man you even have dissagreemnets with family memebers but we move on.

I can not as principle deal with people who take direct shots at people over and over again for no reason. I just dont speak to them especially if I have never done them anything. I just move on close the book on that chapter.

These guys feel it is better to do a FL thing every year right along side the National convention. If they want to keep us out then we will stay out.

For the bajillionth time... SERCA is the NONPROFIT group that has the start up capital to put on the conventions.

This money is used to put deposits down on the track and picnic site as well as pay for t-shirts, and other items as needed to put the convention on.

I just spent 30 minutes reading the last several days posts, and I'm really bothered. I am looking at giving up a considrable amount of personal time to try and set up a convention for 2009 in Savannah. Not a meet, a convention. I've been to both and they are not the same. Now I'm hearing that some of you from Florida are going to set up "your own thing" on the same dates? I thought we were trying to unite as a group. This looks like the opposite to me. I would be happy to give up 2009 to come to Florida for the convention. Less work and more fun for me anyways. I don't want to start a competition for the same weekend with you guys, I just can't see where all of this is headed. Dre, I have spent a bunch of money with you and have called you on many, many occasions for advice. Why would you undermine my efforts like this?

The whole point in picking Savannah was to make it as accessible to the FL people and still be accessible to the rest of the country as well.

But now you get to see people's real motivations.....

I have a few questions to ask about SERCA and a few statements.

1. How much way a yearly SERCA membership? " I was told $30 "


2. How much was a life time SERCA Membership? " I was told about $100 "

3. How much do you have to pay to register to run on the trace for a SECRA convention? " I was told $200 "

4. How much do you pay to be reguster for the SERCA convention if you dont run on the track? " I was told about $50-$100 "

I want someone in the know to answer these questions and I will show you guys the bull****. This is for all the sheeps who have been eaten by the wolves up top and they did not know it. I want the people who are pointing fingers to be brought out.

Please people lets get some answers to these questions up top so we can get a generall overview from a few people.

What are the questions? All I see are statements, and not accurate or intelligible ones at that.

Also, how do you get a "general overview" from "a few people". That's not really general then. Rather it is a specific overview from a small group.
