Thread: 2008 Convention

Louis, god knows I love ya as a member and a friend. You know and I know it aint happening so its all about principal.

I am and will try my best to hold a so called FL convention right along side the National convention every year from now on.

How about this - I'm in charge and I say the 2010 convention will now be in FL - now somebody help us make this happen...

Very nice. I'm sure myself, Sentrixx, Rodrigo, Nissanboy561, Treydee etc. wouldn't mind in taking charge to make it happen in FL.

We are strong, we can make it happen.


I say we start making plans to do so.

Dont you understand are you hard headed. Why the hell are you going to plan for something that you are not being considered for.


Let me say it again.

The forum gets together and nominates the state where this is being held

Then the members of that state get together and put the plans into motion

Then the convention happens.

Why the hell do you want us to skip one and jump to two. How much easier can this be said

I would make an attempt to contact Ray Kawski, Greg Vogel, or Kieran Lavin, talk with them set things up, etc.

We will be going ahead with a FL Convention along side the SER National convention.

Its all about answers to the bull**** where there is none but **** ass bolony.

I will attend both - just make sure they are not in the same week lol

Who the hell put these people in charge. Why the hell do I need to contact them.

This is a national convention.

This should be voted for on the forum.

When a State has had their convention their name gets removed from the list, its as simple as that.

Let me say this again this is a National forum, and there should be a vote on the National convention not a few who get together with their bias opinion that favor them.

There are guys who were collecting so called SERCA fund for this and who know what really went on.


This is a simple thing. We have a National Forum, So we vote where the Convention is held and the forum people send in there contributuions for the next Convention. Again everything is held within the forum voted on within the forum and not run by a few who want to take advatage of a situation.

Everything is out in the open and all the funds are out in the open and we know what is needed to get it going.

How hard is that. I wonder is it because I am honest and straight forward. There is no bull in what I have said.

Are you kidding me, so what do you want to do tell Vegas that their planning for this year means nothing, or that the people who have already started for GA to forget it? Tell them that FL is more important because they have more SE-R's then all the other states? Who is saying that you wouldn't be considered for a Serca convention, if you are basing this off what has happened in the past I think times have changed enough. If you want to do a FL SE-R meet outside of Serca's annual convention then go for it. I would try and make it because I like FL and haven't been for a long time, plus there are ton's of you down there I would like to meet, you are one of them. I just don't get why you think that FL is ruled out?
