im thinking it probably just the rotor and the e-brake cable being a lil too tight

That does sound more like it, loosen it up and try to spin the rotor by hand without the tire.

I did and thats why i think its just the rotor.

after I loosened up the ebrake cable, on the way home today, i got up to about 60 and turned off the car and the rotors arent scraping like they did, and I dont hear anything that sounds like wheel bearings. Im pretty sure it was 92% exhaust drone with 8% rotor warpage noises.

Now (with not so tight brake cable) its 99% exhaust drone 1% road noises.

Oh nice, your gas mileage should go up too now .

Though the rotors might be warped after so long.

Its quieter, but i swear i still hear something. I know i still feel a lil wobble when turning hard left at high speeds.

I need to have the balance checked on them, and get rotors as well.

I would check the balance on all tires too. Also other suspension things like ball joints etc
