Thread: EGR block off kit for Roller Rocker motor?

I pretty much finished up the turbo install on my 2000 G20. It started up just fine with only the main harness from emanage hooked up (the car did not want to start up when I hooked up the ignition harness); however, after couple seconds of starting up, the car would immediately stall completely. I assume its because I took off the EGR tube that went from the stock exhaust manifold to the EGR. I can not find any block off kits for the Roller Rocker motor. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

i believe its typically welded shut (the egr tube, that is)

You just keep the egr plugged up and ziptie it to something.

if i had a RR intake manifold laying around i'd make you a blockoff kit but i only have a highport and the lowport one on my 200

I bought one for my '00 SE a few years ago from Nisport. It said on their website that it would fit, and I ended up having issues getting it to fit right. Unless they've made changes I would not purchase that one.
