Do you have led tail light bulbs they do some crazy things in my 200, for a while my passenger headlight would come on when I hit the brakes when I had led's in that's why I took them out

yeah first question have you replaced the bulbs? if so check and make sure that the stop and tail light bulbs which should be a twin filament bulb as it might have been replaced with a single filament and that will cause this problem.

check that first

Johnny, don't dismiss ashtonsser diagnosis so quickly. There is some validity to what he's saying. This happened to me in my B13. The EXACT symptom you are experiencing. It turned out that one of the 1157(double tit) bulbs had the the tits fused together inadvertantly creating a short to power. So when the brake filament was illuminated in it aslo supplied voltage to the parking lights circuit and the dash lights came on. At least before you get crazy tearing apart the harness. PHYSICALLY check and inspect every tail and park light bulb, its socket and its harness.

if your bulb socket has three wires its requires a dual filiment bulb, if it has two wires its a single filiment.

Yeah i can gurantee you its a bulb problem like the other guy said it could be from corossion or if your using the wrong bulb also. You are again in a high moisture area that this can happen to you on.

One time when i worked at the toyota dealership i had this corolla come in that the brake lights were constantly illuminated with the lights on. I was like no way two bulbs did the exact same thing so i started checking the brake switch and wiring with no luck. When the brakes were pressed it would it would shut both lights off completely. It was the wierdest thing.

So i finally after spending a good half hour checking wiring and connectors i finally decided to check the bulbs starting with the drivers side and sure enough one filiment on the brake light was broken and fused to the running light circuit which was causing weird problems, Then the problem still existed on the other side and the driver side so i was like wtf and then looked at the other bulb and saw the same thing happened to the other side. Changed that one out then everything was back to normal.

Keep It Simple Stupid KISS haha
