Thread: Swapping B13 SE-R cluster into XE.

Got a friend who was to swap an SE-R cluster into his XE. He has a 1993 car and bought a 1993 Se-r cluster. Is this a plug a play mod or do we have to run an RPM wire to the ECU?

You'll have to repin the plugs for the cluster and run the rpm wire from the plug next to the ECU up to the cluster. It's pretty straight forward, just take your time with it. You'll probably need the gauge cluster wiring diagrams from the FSM to make it a little easier.
