Dude that sensor is a dummy. It just collects data. Your oil pressure was the same the whole time.

I dunno, could be, but I think I noticed little better pressure/more oil squerting out when I opened the oil cap after the re-hook up

Nope. Its just an "oh **** pull over now!" light. It doesn't effect actual oil pressure at all. That sensor tends to work itself loose and give false readings or if you leave a wrench in there...

Hey I didn't know that for a long time. Maybe your engine is strong though. I say get a T25 kit and find out. What compression do you get?

Lol T25 might be an overkill... lets do T60

Not quite sure what the compression is, never checked lol.

I came back today from a 270 mile trip, about 130ish miles in two days. The car ran fine no problems there . Light didn't come on like it would before

I got about 270 miles before the fuel arrow hit the 3/4 empty mark. Thats about 9 gallons, so thats about 30 MPG. Still not as good as before, but I guess the possible 10% ethanol.

Now when I got back, I checked the oil, it was pretty clean, diesel flushes cleaned it up quite a bit, Oil level was almost full. Almost as in there was oil still in passageways that would make it full after it all gets back down.

Now I did notice the spark plug wire for Cyl #4 was a bit out, So I think cyl #4 didn't get a good enough of a spark... could that contribute to my lower MPG? I guess I can see that happening...

Overall happy the sludge monster is still alive
