This is the setup im running with ATE Super Blue DOT 4 Racing Brake Fluid w/ hawk pads. I have not had brake fade yet..Imo everthing else is an overkill for street use.

Agreed, on the street, anything more is "bling factor". Cool perhaps, but extreme overkill. I would assert that you could not "fade" that set-up on the street without killing someone, yourself, or having half the cops in the state after your ass.

How does the proportioning feel to you with that specific set-up? Would you bias things more (one way or the other) if you had a proportioning valve? Or is it well balanced "as is"?

IIRC that all-Nissan set-up, brand-spankin'-new-in-the-box, is about sixteen or seventeen hundred bucks. I priced it out during my Classic restoration.
