^^^ here is all the info of the setup of this car.

I think they did a good job on the car, considering that the setup was build back in 1998, now we have better parts available, better header designs, more knowledge of the engine.

That car and it's owner are largely responsible for the aftermarket as we know it. Let's not bag on a setup that was built over 10 years ago and would SMOKE 90% of the people bad mouthing it. It later went on to make 200WHP on an SR20DE NOT a VE.... Read and learn people!

^^ I'm not talking bad things off the car or the guy how build this car, I'm just saying that its great what they have done in the past. I said that we now have more knowledge on this engines, and I know that we owe most of that knowledge to mike.

back in 2003 I was looking for a car and those articles of mike in the SCC mag , help me to take a decision of what car to buy, and that's why I'm on this forum.

I apologize if my post seemed directed at you in any way. It wasn't at all. It's the other people acting like typical SPE's with crap like it should be in the 12's and all.

I have all of the original issues of SCC and IIRC the car had 75 shot at the time and bolt on's. One can ascertain that the car made a good pass in that 13.4 @ 104mph in a FWD car that is not on slicks is respectable for a car that is not set up to drag race and a drover who is not a drag racer.

Obviously the car was good as it won the first ever SCC ultimate street car challenge.

HEH I'm not afraid but I just went back and re-read your post and I will admit that I jumped the gun. When I first read it I took it a different way.

I will say you can pretty much tell what kind of power it is making based on trap speed and weight. That was a full interior car and I thought it was on drag radials so I would wager it was making 230-240ish....

Hey Wes , you don't need to apologize for nothing man, we are cool here, we know that you've done good things for our community, If I'm not mistaking you have the first ga16de powered car in the 12's, and that is awesome.

and yeah mikes car was full interior, it won the car show event. This car was full show and go, its an awesome car, I was thinking of selling my car but after looking Mikes car again, I'm going to keep my 200sx.
