Thread: what the best cams to go with?

i want to know what cams are the best for a all motor setup... and mybe a lil n.o.s????

JWT S4's, they will run you up about $400-500 though.

or the BC stage 3 cams. Although you would need to buy cam gears, valve springs & retainers and dyno time to get "drop in S4" or better results. But by then you can get S4 cams and cam gears and youll be ahead of the BC cams =)

DE + nitrous?

Depends on your power goals or what you would be using the car for. Daily driver? Weekend only? Look into C-series cams from JWT as well.

i really dont feel like there is a ''best'' there isa ''best'' for your application, so i wuld do the math to see what cams are going to benifit you, there are some cams in genereal like the s4 that are going to benifit you generally and that is good. but if your setup is going to require more lift and duration they might not be for you, and the spring,retainer and cam gear might be the wat..just my .02

I have the BC 3's and a 100 shot and they go GREAT together.
