If the fuel pump is cycling, the ECU is running. As Vadim says, sounds like a wiring issue.

Why Are You Reprogramming JWT Ecu? Is It Because You Changed The Maf? If So Maf Being Changed Will Go Into Limp Mode.. Sometimes.

That makes sense. Well I guess it is poop. hksp10gt, I am reprogramming it so I can use my 370s and n60. These arent installed yet because I have nothing to make the car run with these items, thus my turbo is not yet installed. Thanks for the replies.

So if the fuel pump doesn't cycle with the key, the ECU is not on then? Whats the solution for that?

Not necessarily. That's a clue as to the source of the problem. It is a step towards finding the solution.

Replace the ECU, or switch to an external fuel pump with trigger source other than from ECU.

EDIT: You could obviously switch to an external trigger source other than the ECU, with the stock pump as well...
