As far as I know that tensioner (the newer one) is the one you will get if you simply order it anywhere. I thought they replaced it completely (in production)?

Next time I go to Nissan dealership, I'll ask them to show me the tensioner and await their response.

You might as well pull the engine if you plan on replacing that chain. It would be an extreme pain to try to seal that front cover with the frame in the way.
