can you get a picture of what is wrong with the head, just for refrence?

You can't really see a 5/1000 or a 9/1000 warp in a pic. It is really small and basically it just means that there is a funky ass bend in it that needs to be planed off to make it flat again. You can only go so far though to keep it from getting too thin. If I do top and bottom I will never be able to do it again. I will ask them if I can get a pic though.

i have likely the most beast 1/2 gun they make. and i had some issues getting mine out.

cant you just have them shave the head? might raise the compression some. but would get it flat again

It will also affect cam timing.

yea thats true depending on how much they have to remove from it could always get a thicker headgasket.....
