Thread: Tail lights do not come on

I cant figure this out, they all worked perfectly fine before but
when i turn on the headlights the tail lights do not work at all. No brake lights, no lights
The dash lights work, the inside light works, the headlights work. No tail lights
I changed the bulbs
the switch to the brake pedal looks fine(if its the switch god help me because i dont know how in hell you would fit a wrench in there to loosen up the nut on the switch) and also the lil rubber thing on the pedal is newish looking
I changed the bulbs
The fuse is fine, i even changed it for fun and its still a no go
There is no fusible link on a 93 ser by the battery for the tail lights
What the hell??
Is it the switch

prolly a break in wiring from the wiring harness at the trunk.


grab a DMM and test for voltages at the wiring harness and work your way back to the fuse box.

it's the only way to really check ....

omfg never mind. The guy that painted my car(or it just came undone) there is a plug for the taillights that connects above the back seats that wasnt connected
