Torn on what to do. B13 or S13 READ!!!
Well guys im kinda torn on what to do. I know i want to finish up what i have coming up on my car in the next couple weeks to come to get the car 100% to my power goals and then probably by the end of October i want to take the car out to the strip to hit that 10 second pass, hopefully a low low 10 second pass nearing the 140 trap speed.

But after that im torn on if i should sell the car to pick up a s13 240 coupe and i can pick up an RB25 for 1800 with engine, trans, ecu, harness, and all accessories. I want to do the swap with some serious big power parts. Turbo mani, T76 turbo, i want to custom do the car to have A/C being the motor comes with the compressor, full interior, Intake manifold, throttle body, 96lb injectors, management, just basicly a nice clean swapped that is stock looking on the outside but has around 700+whp on race gas under the hood and 500+ on pump.

I love the RB25 motor and rwd will always get better traction than fwd and from what ive researched the rb25 rwd trans is basicly bullet proof. Again i want to keep full interior, A/C, maybe do suspension and some simple wheels and tires at the most. Car will be set up for drag not drifting, Ive never been into it at all and thats not the reason i want the car. Just thinking about going for something different. Ive had a b13 for a long long time now and been in the fwd sr20 scene for a long long time as well.

Help me out guys. Im really struggling with what to do here.

Again i want to get my sentra 100% and to the point where its possibly THE fastest street car sentra out there before i go up and sell it.

The last couple things i have to do is the Intake manifold, some fine tuning, get the car to 550whp on high boost 450 low boost, and do the tint and maybe a CF hood. Im rebuilding the turbo this week and redoing the intercooler piping to make it nice and clean. Other than that the car is there. Oh and dont forget the P11 trans going in, haha.

haha, not really. Yeah i want to at least get that stuff done to where the drivetrain is 100% reliable and strong as hell. Its already proven pretty darn reliable. 7k miles of hard hard abuse and counting and the only thing ive had to do is keep the oil changed with mobil 1 15w-50 synthetic and mobil 1 filter every 1500 miles or so.

Ashton, I'd actually ponder a different make/model if I were to want something RWD. That's just me, though. Granted the S13 and S14 are nice chassis designs, there's still more out there at less cost

I'll help you out a little. RB2X is very expensive to mod, 6 injectors, cams a good manifold = $$$$ The RB25 trans is not indestructible. You can use the Z32 rear section on the RB25 bellhousing tho. It would be cheaper to do a RWD SR20 by far than doing any RB2X swap. If your ready to drop some cash then you will enjoy it. The 25 pistons are not as forgiving as the stock SR20DET pistons. Now that I have said all that you will Love the sound they make at full boost omg lol. check out this guys RB25 with a screamer pipe on the stock turbo.

I too would love to build a nice S13 or S14. But my friend's already doing a nice KA build, I'd like to be one of the few people in my area to have a SR20 240. As much as I love the B13 chassis, I am craving something new.

My dream DD 240 build - S13/14 with SR swap with a SR20VE head. Maybe see some boost, but definitely with some mods to enjoy the potential power

I've always loved the rb25, and I plan on an s13/14 with that engine. Once you've done everything you can with a car it's time to move on. I love my b13 but there's nothing quite like sideways powersliding fun. Good luck on whatever you decide to do.
