what the hell is this (video)

Alright finally got around to gettin the car lookin better and now its time to see whats wrong with the motor. I was told to basicly trash it. lmk what you think this is thanks

Never heard ro knock b4 but sounds kinda like a vaccuum hose needs 2 be connected or something like the egr valve isn't on all the way. Just my .02
