Thread: "Antilock" light comes on when driving on freeway. Ideas?

So just recently, my ABS light has started to come on after driving on the freeway for a few minutes. It doesn't come on around town. Here's a pic:




Any ideas what it might be? I mean, the brakes still work fine...I haven't tested whether the ABS is actually functioning or not...but I really don't care since I hardly ever use it anyways...

only thing i can say is clean the sensors off and plug them back in and see if that works. i have no idea how the abs works in our cars because i never seen a b13 with abs lol

rip it out its more of a problem than a solution

one of the speed sensors is bad?

Diffrent size tires? Bad sensor?
This system activates the ABS warning lamp when a malfunction occurs. The vehicle must be driven above 30 km/h (19 mph) for at least one minute at which time the unit will perform a self diagnosis. If a problem is found it will activate the warning lamp. Bring the vehicle to a stop and, with the engine still running, count the flashes on the control unit LED to determine the trouble code.

Any codes in the system will be erased once the engine is turned off.
