yeah thats prob right considering you are adding other features. he said for the base model which nobody will probably get because it's a custom piece for a custom setup.

they dont make them anymore and at the time they were produced they were the only company to do it. It looks like the new company took thier design and just made it better. I want to see results as probably a lot of other people would like to see.

Here is the thing, ive been talking with the guy for two days now, ill be taking in my car to have dyno testing done. I have my baselines but we are gonna run a baseline with my setup with stock manifold, then his and then if time maybe run against this other manifold to see some comparisons to other custom manifolds.

They are 750 for the base model. Also me and him are working out how to make it a clean setup and still use the IACV. There is an easy way around this than using an adapter sandwich for the idle air control. Use the VE idle air control and your are set. You need one port in and a mating surface flat enough to seal and your good. The VE iACV uses a separate pipe for the incoming air and one port into the manfold unlike the DE ones that use two ports because the incoming air pipe is built into the plenum.

This will make it much easier to setup and should make for a clean setup if he does the port for it and the vac hose fittings on the undernieth side of the manfold. We are still working through these different setups. Thats what testing is about. I will be paying for the dyno time on these tests as well. So to those who say put up or shut up im doing that now. Yes i am using some cheap parts on my setup, BUT they work.

This is some top quality stuff here. the craftmanship is awesome and i for one am excited. I was just talking 3 days ago about some USA based company needs to step up and make a manifold that is decently priced and that kicks a$$ and i think this may be the one. About friggin time, haha

You don't need the iacv and also the air regulator so why waste time and money?

if you want a decently smooth idle you do. You can only get it soo smooth setting the butterfly screw. I know you dont NEED it but if you want better driveability from stoplight to stoplight. And the slightest things can change your idle quality. Then your screwed. The iacv can compensate for a lot of changes such as weather, temperature, altitude, how well the motor is running, what temp the motor is.

Again to me its necessary and its something i would want to keep as well as many others. There are many that have experience with and without it but most will tell you they prefer it.

these look nice. I wish they would make compatible with the stock side feed injectors. I just got a set of nismo 740cc.

i agree at best they should incorperate a blocked off plate for both the iacv and aac valve so ppl who do want to use them can and ppl who dont wont. i also agree that those are needed as some ems such as the aem, do use a great ammount of settings that incorperate both iacv and the aac valve to maintain a certain idle both at start up and normal idle configurations.

some some might and might not need it, i personally would

if you read more into it they can be made to fit your stock sidefeed rails. They are doing this for my test manifold when i go to do the testing, Mine will also incorporate the use of the idle air control as well.

Again these guys seem to know what they are doing as far as manifolds goes and can work with whatever you got, N/A setup or turbo im almost positive on that.
