Nitto NT01's are actually a great tire. I've compared them to the RT-615's, but IMO the RT's come out on top due to price differences.

When I looked, the NT01's were a good +$60/tire over the RT-615's. They may be a lot less now, but I haven't bothered to check.

RT-615's can keep J's car on the road, and that's good enough for me

The Khumo Ecsta XS' are cheaper and better than the 615s. The main reason autoxers don't run the Nittos is because of the price difference, for only slightly better overall performance.

Check em out on tire rack or discount tire for price comparison.

SCCAForums.com - Kumhos or Dunlops?

They are newer. I'm not saying the Azenis are bad, they are just old now.

Have you looked at sizes? There aren't that many tires in 16s. Just a heads up.

I think tire size/availability options in 16" to fit a B13 are what drove Coleman to switch to 15" wheels for Project SE-R back in the day just before he sold it to Steve. Sell the 16's and get another set of 6ul's for daily use. The bronze would look great on the Black SE-R, they now ship with a black center cap instead of the chrome.
