Thread: Radiator interchangable??

The radiator went up in my 01 p11. Which others will work, if any??

If you post the dimensions of your rad, I can take a look at my 01' sentra rad and see if it matches.

my radiator cracked in my P11, i just used a B13 radiator but used a longer hose to run to the overflow tank. only thing iirc the automatics and manuals are different, unless they use the same one and cap off the trans. cooler fittings.


it's been about 3 years now since i replaced it and it's fine to this day

I've used a b13 auto tranny rad on my old 5 sp nx - it fit no problem, just cap them off like you say.

Why cap them?

so fluid doesn't drain out?

But it only drains out if there's fluid going in, correct? As I know on my B15, it's separated.

hmm...you could be right. I remember when my brother brought his, he capped it off, when I uncapped it, it leaked. Might have just been the leftovers.
