I can't see the picture, but talked with him again about it and he said he's 99% sure it's going to be the CKP that's defective and needs to be replaced, if everything lines up according to the service manual and the wheel isn't bent, and not too far out from the CKP.

see thats the thing, the reluctor wheel is ok but i just installed it and ddnt check what the distance was from the sensor to the blade , i'll have to check the specs on Alldata when i get to work and use a feeler gauge to make sure it's not too far away from the sensor...



I'm guessing this could very well be the problem if the sensor itself isn't damaged. I will most likely order a new sensor just in case i need one.

hey tek, can you ask your buddy if all year crank sensors are the same?

because if it is supposed to look like this, then i broke it and that it my problem

ok guys, i just looked at it again & found out i had the sensor in backwards dammit me!!


i turned it round bolted it back up and it fired right up ggaaahhhh!!!

at least i got it fixed thanks for all your guys help!!!
