Interesting find on my jdm header
So I just received my jdm motor from Soko and got to checking out the cool header. I thought what if I take the usdm oxygen sensor bung and move it down to the usdm secondary. And it did fit. So the 02 sensor would then be relocated to the secondary. Will this location work for the 02?

i don't see why it wouldn't work. If you don't have a cat converter before the sensor it should be fine

Should work fine as long as it fits into the car without hitting anything.

The only thing I see wrong with having the O2 on the secondary pipe is, if the gasket starts leaking, you will wont have too accurate of a reading. Other then that sweet looking header

I was gonna do this on my SE-R before I boosted it. You have cut and reweld the secondary pipe to get it to fit properly in the car. The way it is right now, it will hang WAY too low and possibly touch the ground depending on your ride height. I still have my modified pipe with the header if you want it.

It will work and be just fine. I done the same thing on my old red car. Oldman... is this going in the 200sx that was at the convention??

I've got one of these JDM headers sitting in the shed. Haven't used it because you have to modify the downpipe. Any benefits to this thing or just JDM points?

it's a helluva lot heavier than udsm, that's why I didnt bother when I got the manifold with my jdm 3 yrs ago. I dont know if it breaths better though.
