Thread: exhaust leak - weak motor mounts?

did you replace your worn mounts?? if not, you're probably killing the flex pipe of your new header... I decided to fix the mounts first, i'm putting on my header later, probably this coming weekend...

go ahead and post the pic, but I do not know...

just cause the flex pipe is fraying does not mean its damaged. all that **** is is woven metal to protect it from rocks and stuff. mime was almost all gone at the bottom of my ssac and it never leaked

Well my mounts where changed well after but the damage is done.

Well the only way I found out what it was once I took it down. Then once I pick it up off the ground and heard the inside (accordion piping on the inside dp) I guessing... clinging around.

yeah, but I'm going to finally be putting my header on next weekend anyway... ugh
