Aftermarket header will not affect emissions at all as long as the EGR pipe is hooked up ... NOX is caused by excessive combustion heat .... EGR is the primary control of the NOX ... If its not working right , it can cause NOX to be high ... higher than normal timing as well as other factors can cause it as well ... Bad cat conv. can also be an issue ...

Does anyone have a direct answer if a '95 Exhaust manifold is interchangeable with a '98 ?!
I have someone local selling one, but I just need to know if it'll be a direct bolt-on.

I know that, but their not allowed to touch the car until the stock exhaust
manifold is on. I might as well take advantage of it since I won't have to
pay to fix my car.
