Quick B14 exhaust manifold question
I know that '98 SE-Rs have more emissions parts than other years. But would
a stock exhaust manifold off a '95 work on a '98 ?!

id just save the time and go with a ssac header i dont think the 98 had more emissions actally i think the 91 did since it haid the PAIR egr and o2 hookked into it where as the 95+didnt have pair

There is a big difference in crap on the 98-99 vrs the 95's, i know for a fact. The cat also got longer, but i am not sure about the exhaust manifold. Like mentioned above, get an aftermarket header and be done, you can also convert to the 95 cat if you get a new exhaust or make a custom secondary or an adapter.

I'm only asking if the exhaust manifold off the '95 would fit because I got the Gov assistance to fix my car since it didn't pass smog and they can't start working on it
until I replace my header with the stock one.

i know that a '97 mani from a lowport works on a '93 highport, so I don't see why it wouldn't work the other way around except maybe for the j-pipe connection might be different than what you need.

by the way. i dont know what the deal with your car is..but if its not throwing a CEL and you want a way to at least try to pass smog without taking off your header

that threadd might have your answer...especially if youre running an aftermarket header

Do you have the secondary? Considering that the SSAC fits all years the header and secondary are close enough for it to work. I would say yes.

I just replaced my O2 sensor and I'm not throwing a CEL. Everything is
within spec except my NOX which is x3 the maximum limit. So that's why
I need a stock exhaust manifold because I have $600 from the gov to fix
my car
